Challenging behaviours and partnering with families – Pro-D Series
CCRR is hosting a 4-part Communities of Practice commencing November 29th to discuss challenging behaviours and how we can navigate the “tough stuff” together.
Katie Crosby, Occupational Therapist, will walk us through techniques to help children in emotional distress quickly and calmly de-escalate using our energy, body language and voice/tone.

We are excited to announce that the Women’s Contact Society and William’s Lake Child Care Resource Referral have moved to a new location.
We are now located at 202-350 Barnard St., operating Mon-Fri (excluding holidays) from 9:00am to 4:00pm (closed for lunch from 12:30-1:00pm).
